Pineapple Coconut Mango Tequila Burger
2 cups Ground beef
2/3 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Pineapple Coconut Mango Tequila Sauce (purchase below)
1 Jalapeno, diced
1 tsp. Garlic, minced
For topping cooked burgers:
lettuce, onion, avocado, pepper jack cheese
Combine ground beef, sauce, jalapeno's and garlic into a large mixing bowl. Gently shape the ground beef mixture into small patties. Preheat your grill to a medium heat and oil the grate. Grill the burgers, covered, about 6 minutes per side. Top with cheese, onion, lettuce, and salt & pepper, if desired!
