2 pieces cooked Bacon, crumbled
1 cup Cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup Green onion, minced
1 tsp. fresh Lime juice
1 clove Garlic, minced
18 Jalapeno peppers, cored
Cilantro and diced tomato
Combine crumbled bacon, cheeses, and garlic, onion and lime in a bowl, stirring well to combine. Divide cheese mixture evenly to fill the peppers. Place peppers on grill rack or grill grate coated with cooking spray. Cover and grill peppers 8 minutes or until bottoms of peppers are charred and cheese mixture is lightly browned. Place peppers on a serving platter. Sprinkle with cilantro and tomato.
